SAKDC contracts with most major health plans, in addition to Medicare and Medicaid. As a service to our patients, we file claims for payment with our patients' primary and secondary insurances. It is important that you bring your insurance card(s) with you to each visit. Patients are responsible for the payment of any applicable copays and/or deductibles prior to each office visit.
