A key element in the effective treatment of kidney disease is patient education. SAKDC provides free educational classes to patients who are either at risk of developing kidney disease or who exhibit symptoms of kidney disease. These classes are designed to help our patients take an active part in their treatment by learning how to better care for their kidneys. We urge our patients to ask their physician about attending a class.
